We provide an interactive system that allows you to register your clients, follow the clients up, intercommunicate and interact with us, communicate appointments as well as follow up commissions and completions.
Automatic magazines for your clients; When you register a client, you can fill an accurate form with the client´s requirements and our system will be informing your client automatically when we upload a property with their choosen requirements, being sent with your details. They will always contact you back.
A very manageable system for you to use and send portfolios to your clients with your logo and details.

We offer loyalty, determination and professionalism to all of our Agents, expecting the same in return. Following our collaboration agreement, we welcome you and your team to come and visit us at our offices in Spain to meet our friendly, professional staff in person and familiarise yourself with the areas and product that we specialise in. We can also provide you with any marketing material that you may require.
Agent Account
Ismael Párraga or José Antonio Polo will personally act as your personal Relationship Manager, helping you with all of your client needs - from arranging bookings to dealing with our database. We here to help you with any questions you may need answered and will be your first point of contact when providing you with property information.
In terms of Marketing, we will also be on call to help you with any enquiries and provide you with the necessary material in order for you to promote our properties through the different marketing channels: Internet, Exhibitions, Off Street, Email Marketing, Newspaper Advertising, PR and Referrals.
We will inform you when the completion of your client's sale has taken place and the commission payment will then be arranged. We ensure that all of our agents receive prompt payment upon completion.
